Beaches Tel-Aviv-Yafo 1.6

Beach Tel Aviv Yafo application enables residents and visitors to conveniently rent beach facilities through their smartphones instead of utilizing the on-site machines.

DigiTel users who are part of the club will not receive special privileges and will need to pay for beach amenities using the Digitel app.

The app language is automatically set based on the device language; Hebrew for Hebrew devices and English for others. Users can easily change the language through the menu settings.

App features:

• Payment for beach facilities including sunshade, chair, and sunbed, with a purchase limit of up to fifteen facilities (five of each type) per transaction, and no daily transaction limit.
• Save credit card details securely for future use.
• Real-time beach facilities inventory status across various beaches in the city.
• Live sea conditions display; outdoor temperature, water temperature, and wave height.
• Beach activity overview; open/closed status, dog-friendliness, and distance from your location.
• Access order history with invoice details for up to three months back.
• View and edit personal profile with an option to update the email address for receipt sending.
• Modify application settings to receive alerts as needed.
• One-touch contact feature to reach out to the municipality for assistance.

Tel Aviv-Yafo boasts 13 beaches extending along a 13.5-kilometer coastline from Herzliya in the north to Bat-Yam in the south, attracting crowds from Israel and around the globe during summer. Previously, beach rentals were managed through franchisees of beachfront restaurants. However, the municipality has transitioned to an independent model with reduced costs by taking direct control over coastal facilities. The new beach prices are notably more affordable, especially for Digitel members, compared to most beaches in Israel.
